At Bewys Bevs, we offer a unique mobile beverage service for events of all kinds. Our goal is simple: to provide you with a one-of-a-kind Experience while we serve your guests with refreshing drinks and provide great vibes. Here’s some of what we offer:
Customizable Beverage Options:
Our trailer features four taps that allow us to serve from Co2 and Nitrogen to provide the best outcome for your desired beverage. In addition, we can provide a pour service to include wines & champagne as well as handle any other beverage stations as needed.
Hassle-Free Service:
Each client is provided their own tailored quote to meet the needs of their event. We handle everything from setup to cleanup with many additional options as stated in the “events” tab. We then serve the desired beverages from the tap system, can also make mixed drinks, pour wines, and more, as we are a hired dry bar service fully licensed and insured. You don’t have to worry about a thing except enjoying yourself.
Flexible and Budget-Friendly:
We’re committed to working with your budget and we give our time to each client to gather details of their event to make sure all needs are met. We know and understand the details that are put into any special event, and we are here to help. Weather you need us for a single event or a longer-term promotional partnership, we can tailor our services to your needs.
Our Process
How It Works
Our service is designed to be as flexible and easy as possible. Here’s what you can expect:
Dry Hire Service
You Supply your own beverages (beer, wine, cocktails, mocktails, etc.) and we provide the tailer, taps, and the service to serve them. We always remind our clients that we are dry hire so we cannot be the purchaser of any alcohol. We can assist with the creation of a recommended inventory list and offer suggestions for cost-effective beverage and supply options.
Equipment Provided
The trailer is fully equipped with everything we need to serve your drinks – from taps, to bars, to storage, with options for many additional add-ons. We can provide bartending equipment, bar tables, back drops, cups, napkins, garnishes, and décor. Discussing your event in detail allows us to be informed about what you want and expect from Bewys Bevs and allows us to provide our client with an event specific detailed quote so there are no surprises.

1. What Does "Dry Hire" mean?"Dry Hire" refers to renting our equipment while you provide the alcohol (or other beverages) to be served. We ensure the trailer and taps are ready to go, but you handle the drinks. If needed, we can also provide extra services like bartenders, equipment, or additional non-alcoholic beverages.

2. Do I Need To Provide Anything Else?No, we’ll bring everything needed to run the taps. We just need a flat, accessible space to park the trailer (12 feet long) to get started. The trailer doesn’t need power or a generator – it’s fully self-sufficient!

3. What Are The Deposit And Payment Terms?A 50% non refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due on the day of your event, upon our arrival.

4. What Is Included In The Pricing?All fees for gas, delivery, setup, cleanup, and pick-up are included. If your event is outside of San Diego County, additional gas/delivery fees may apply, but we'll discuss this in advance.

5. Is Tipping Included?Tips or gratuity are not included in the cost of services. If the Client does not wish to have a tip jar present at the Event, gratuity may be added to the final invoice, to be agreed upon by both parties based on the final headcount of guests.

6. Is Bewys Bevs insured?Yes, Bewys Bevs has four different insurance policies that range from liability insurance to general liability and liquor liability insurance. In addition, we also have an added ballon coverage because it’s better to be safe than sorry!
